Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can cancel by calling 262-461-7796 or emailing contact@renewvitalhealth.com.

Late cancellations and no-shows. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund and may be charged in full.

Refunds.

• Cancelled 24+ hours in advance: full refund of any prepaid appointment fee.
• Consultations already completed: non-refundable.
• Lab work: non-refundable once the lab order has been processed.
• Prescriptions and treatment programs: non-refundable once dispensed or started, because they are prescribed individually.
